Wonderful. I'm sure this is open to many interpretations but to me it makes me think that we are consumed by all these images through the media, making us clones of each other, all trying to attain the social standard of "perfection", which is a losing battle in the end. There is no such thing as perfection. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
