There was a dude in Europe that prepaid his flight and hotel, and he didn't get his tickets.

at the end he should of refreshed and then have it bring him to the actual page, get the tickets in the cart, fill in all the BS and then have it go to the Failoc XD

Yeah it was hit and miss, which would be expected when you try to cram 12,000 people through one door. The fact that the server couldn't handle the load though is what the real issue here was. Next year, TicketMaster. I'd gladly pay the 30 fee per ticket vs what we went through. 8-11, Never Forget!

awesome. when we tried to call they wouldn't let us order. I don't understand why they specifically said they weren't taking orders over the phone and then all of a sudden took some ppls orders for a short amount of time! Thanks for wasting 2 days of my life blizzard... epic fail.
