In 1985, a creator called Hiroshi Harada made this work.
For production, Harada whom it took three years for drew a picture approximately alone.
He completed this work at 20 years old.
He produced Suehiro Maruo's "Midori" after this and was in charge of a director of "Humanoid Monster Bem" .

This film is a story of child violence and the national violence.
And the problem of the old Japanese environmental pollution.
This anime appeals to the Japanese bullying and environmental disruption for objection.

Ishii Sogo and Terry Jones of the movie director recommended this movie.
This anime was screened in Turin international film festival of 1986 and in Berlin international film festival of 1987.
This anime was screened with the beta-cam of the digital Remaster version in Belgian Off screen film festival in 2008

The original film is 27 minutes.
