i think it depends on who's saying the lines. when a mediocre actor says the lines barking, mandarin is quite annoying, but a good actor can make it sounds like a piece of art.

You must mean that music when the Amazons formed the human bridge is the same as the Bride's surprise at Bill's place! Quentin Tarentino is a big fan of the Shaws, and borrowed heavily several subtle elements to enrich his film so that it would have a more "retro" feel! Much of this is attributed to the fact that The RZA did the soundtrack and he is a big fan of old-school kung-fu movies!
