Excellent video! The part about how to shorten the thread was especially helpful. Re-learning the craft after being away from it for 12 years...forgot all the little tricks that make it easier...like winding the bobbins clockwise. Thanks!

It's pretty much a simple knot, in which you insert your bobbin. The bobbin prevents the knot from tightening any further.
