This is a video I directed for Newton Faulkner for his song To The Light, back in the summer of 2006.
It was done specifically to be bundled with a Creative Zen media player. I am not sure if it how many it went on if any and it wold be a shame if it never saw the light of day.
We saw Newton Faulkner live at The Bedford in Balham a couple of times in late 2005. Once we had seen him we were very impressed and were keen to work with him. So the next time he was playing there we had a chat with him and gave him our showreel. Later that week we were approached by Peer music to pitch for it. It was clear there was not a lot of money available for the project and we got next to nothing, but we really wanted to work with Newton Faulkner and we knew he was going to do well and we were right. It is a simple little video but I quite like it.
