"Just For Laughs"? That was the name of this comedy group from Montreal, Canada that I knew about (my parents were members during the early 1990s). It was also known by it's French name "Juste Pour Rire." Are you referring to the same thing or is this different?
Yes, those were caricatures of Schlesinger, Binder and Katz at 2:59, 'looney'. This was originally released just two months before we went to war against Japan, in October 1941; the closing line was a reference to Lou Costello's famous catchphrase during his [and Bud's] radio appearances on "THE CHASE & SANBORN PROGRAM"- "I'm a B-A-A-A-D boy!".
