ca someone please tell me hoe to download and use MGE on windows 7 cause mine wont work

To all have problems with MGE and Windows 7:
Run Morrowind Launcher as administrator and setup a resolution
MGEgui will run then.
IF not, reinstall directx 9 aug(google 100+MB something)
and VC 2008 redist x86.(google 1.8MB)

High Quality Motion Blur added since. And underwater caustics!

@AllathSummerstilt if you want i can show you how to get it on pc for free. :) and yes it works.

these are actualy quite low settings for MGE and its very easy to run like this with newer versions of MGE, it can start to lag a lot of you beef em up too high tthough, i have it set quite high for my vids of the mod landmass i am making on my channel and that is still a way off from max settings, with full settings i got 1 fps but it was nice for flying high and taking an actual detailed map screenshot :)

What version are you using?

I am using 3.8 and have no issues with Windows 7.

Just downloaded and installed all of this. All i can say is WOW!

Well after I checked it out I was using a old version the SVN which is 3.8 works fantastic.

Max distance (which looks stunning) with some mods advised on this site.

Looks fantastic now and this is with Liz/Vits Grass and Water mods.

It looks better then this video and it also much less "stuttery" as the video.

Please note remove dooot and add 1 .

It has to have some type of fps control.. at all.
