I think they're either bored or so focused on playing that they can't make much of a stage show. It's a VERY hard song to play after all. Also, they (especially Tony) seem to be more of jazz musicians than metalheads and you don't see jazz players headbanging very often :)
As for the vocals, dude's getting old and so are his vocal cords. Not much he can do about it.
@DangerSheep yeah well, I respect the fact that they most likely never were a live band (like SLAYER is for example). They are more what one can call "MUSICIANS" and really damn good ones! Nevertheless, although they are Jazz musicians, they are actually playing "jazzy death metal". In such a genre, your fans expect more from you, livewise... I guess it's because I am more into the death metal philosophy rather than the clear jazz way of thinking... Look at Chuck and Death for example ;)
@DangerSheep "which is what really messes my voice up. I could sing all day but talking all day is not good, and that's why my voice was so strange on the Wacken show in 2006, I was doing interviews for hours just before playing that afternoon, and well...my voice suffered." Is what he said in an interview about his singing.
@RadioJack your a f**king retard why would you come to a video of a live performance of a band that you dont even like and frequently return just to start pointless arguments.
