For experts on Babylon, is this a good representation? I don't know much about Babylon, so I can't tell myself.

It seems to be a good representation, but keep in mind this is the more recent incarnation of Babylon. It is mentioned in the Bible as the first civilization, and where languages began (originally one language?, the word babel comes from this) Science say it was the first civilization also. Then, 1000 yrs later, people rebuilt it, and it was huge (remember Nebuchadnezzar), and was destroyed again. This city(video) was built on top of those ruins! Well this is interesting. Where did I deny that the babylonians were tan-brown skinned people? Where did I say they are white indo-europeans?
