Why is it that almost every reploid that DOES NOT look like a human have to be considered evil of some sorts?

I know that most animal-like reploids were infected by the sigma virus in MMX but in MMZ they just pretty much choose to be evil. Did anybody else notice this?

For the Megaman Zero series they were either possessed or manipulated into doing these crimes. Except for the Enherjar, who were programmed to obey Weil.

confused. So... he's basicly saying that humans and reploids have become one and that he wants to destroy the world?
