It probably would have helped her, emotionally and as an actress, if Miller had written her less sweet qualities in "Misfits." No, the creep waited till she was dead, and then wrote "After the Fall," in which she is a monster. She was NOT an angel but a human being. He used her terribly.

Miller had no love for Marilyn?

there was a lot of condecension toward MM in "The Misfits" and outright contempt in "After the Fall."  No man who really loved a woman could have done what he did. He is remembered today because he married her, which is as it should be.

The mountain background in this scene looks like this part was filmed at a house in Dayton, Nevada-DAyyton is where where the rodeo scenes were all filmed. Dayton is a town about 14 miles east of Carson City, in a fast growing area of Lyon County, Nevada-on Hwy 50....

Watchin it now and this is the movie i fell in love with her

yeah he liked her but she frustrated him too tahts probably why they were married for such a really short period of time lol. ^^

They were married for a short period of time because Miller had delusions about who he married and he couldn't handle Marilyn's copious emotional problems. IMO, he thought of himself far too much, and walking out on Marilyn when she needed him the most was something VERY cowardly to do.

well although i love her i couldn't deny marilyn monroe was a solipsistic person, he wrote himself after their wedding that he though he married an angel but the truth was she had disappointed him, and she was in turn disappointed in him, he didnt walk out on her any more than she did on him
