Danica McKellar - Human Hologram

What's with the extremely loud bagpipe music? Or whatever that is.
I find music appropriate in a video if it doesn't overwhelm the speakers (people talking). Or if there is NO talking.
I can turn the sound off, but then I have the same problem. I can't hear what is being said.

the guy is on live. the girl is on a long distance satelite signal or something. This is not out of the norm. I have to resync voice to video fairly regularly. its pretty annoying really. but this is not anything out of the norm. but with all that said. she isnt talking with her mouth at all. She is lip syncing and speaking telepathically :P

Guys I think it has to do with the encoding. The codec only updates what has changed from the last frame. That explains why the background looks normal but the moving parts, like faces and bodies, don't. Something screwy with the encoding, but only affecting moving parts. Also explains why her waving her hand in front of herself fixes the image.

Okay, wtf this is kinda trippy...at first I didnt see it but wth near the end of the first video there were a few glitches, probably the live feed. But yeah in the second its just the way it was encoded thats the way vids are now adays. If there is no change in the background or foreground the video wont process it and it will be a still image. That would explain why older pc's lagg when there is a full frame rewrite when there is an action sequence.

Then why doesn't it happen to the other people who talk and move. Why just her?

Except this "video compression" problem, as far as I've seen, has only occured on this particular show "My Fox Los Angeles".

how it is possible that nobody found out the fault of the hologram there? that is an error of the quality of the video or is a fake
