i dont understand the chirping kinda noise from the engine when he gets to the end of the front stretch

Revlimitter I would assume, the cars are tuned for each race / track. However it could be the onboard mic stuffin up.

No it's not the rev-limiter. If that would be the case there would still be a sound but now the sound is just cutting out. I've also noticed that this year, when onboard a car, the engine sounds like it's gearing quickly up and then down. First I thought it was the sound of KERS but I don't think so.
I think the FOM distort the sound so that it makes impossible to record samples of the engine sound. They simply put copyright on the sound of F1 so that nobody could steal it and use for personal.

well, they got him... they're gonna win titles with him... i have no doubt that alonso could add onto his 2 titles... if i wanna put my dick on the chopping block i'll say he could win maybe 4 even 5 you never know, he's stil young. if ferrari could prepare cars to the standard that schumacher had from 1999-2004 alonso could become a dominant force in the same way schumacher was...
