I've been watching these rhythmic gymnasts, and the way they can control the ball so well really impresses me. I've never done rhythmic gymnastics before and I can never imagine myself doing that. It just seems so easy for them when they balance the ball on their palms, especially when rolling the ball from an arm and across their shoulders to the other arm. I've seen children in rhythmic gymnastics training doing that too, is it really that simple? I don't think I can ever do it.. lol

I got you,re reply and I have just looked at the clip again I,m still just amazed at the skill and the execution of moves in such a pressured way. A step to the left and you lose marks. These sportswomen set a benchmark of skill compleation that few dynamic sports if any can live with. Have a good day enjoy you're Christmas.

When she has to run for the ball at 1:13, does that count as a mistake?
