I think the instrumentation is just as important as the voice. There are many talented instrumentalists working in the Loreena-team and without their performance and musical ideas Loreena's music wouldn't be so great.

I would agree that the voice is too in front of the music, but it is a mixing problem, not about the singer.
The recording engineer did not properly balance the mix.
Enya - on the other hand - sounds fabulous but has at least 80 layers of her own voice in mixed channels.
