look, in 1993 this type of music thrived alongside alternative rock and grunge. all this art, no matter what genre, thrived on itself. today it's the same except it's it's not art but a disease.

it almost breaks my heart when i think of that era, things were much simpler but much better (omg i sound like my grandma :) but it is true). the best thing about being 12 is the rediculously innocent falling in love!!!

I was 12/13 when this came out, in junior high. What a different time - people didn't have cellphones or laptops, our school dances were ridiculously low-tech but they were awesome that way. This song was ALWAYS a crowd pleaser.

Wish I had been of clubbing age back then....imagine a dancefloor where everyone ISN'T checking their cellphones every fucking minute!
