The bear must be thinking: Just give me some damn food, I don't need any love advice!

One of the most perfect records ever made. The Exciters also recorded the original version of "Do Wah Diddy", which was covered by Manfred Mann. They also did the original "He's Got The Power", which was regendered and covered by Wayne Fontana & The Mindbenders. They also did a great version of the Jarmels' "A Little Bit Of Soap" on Bang Records. Best of all, this song was an integral component of the plot line of the vastly underrated "Ally McBeal" television series from 1997-2002. Great stuff!

This was done in 1962, believe it or not! It's gotta be the first music video.

What a talented group; they should have had more than one big hit. The lead singer especially is terrific. I think this song was written by Ellie Greenwich, RIP.

How are they "teasing" the animals? That's just stupid! I'm sure having people sing to them is better than people just staring at them.

It's a little known fact that this lovely leading lady Brenda Reid is the mother of LaFace composer/singer L.A. Reid of Baby Face's heyday!!
