I believe because 2 guitars mean using both hands just like playing piano using your right and left hands separately pressing different keys. About playing in harmony perfectly, well, it's in harmony in chords, but his tempo is rather irregular whether he can or cannot play rhythmically (constant tempo). This is all about 1 person playing 2 pianos which is nothing really special.
