Dear Oogaachaka, thank you for your kind message. Estate is an Italian song, and Joao sang it beautifully. I hope you get a chance to hear it. There's a 2+ minute version on YouTube and a 6+ minute version. I just bought a Joao in Tokyo live performance album - 15 songs. Listening to it is a form of heaven for me. After the final song the audience applauded forever. Joao's voice and guitar transcend every country's language. All the best from Maine US.
