She looks very like a bimbo actress from the time but I can't think who. It's a 'take' on the 50s style lab blonde too dumb to be in a lab giving an excuse to explain everything in single syllables and on Dr.Who assistants of the time. Python never lampooned just one thing if they could get a whole bunch. I love 'Angus PODGORNY' - was in very uneasy dual control of the USSR at the time with Brezhnev who finally kicked him out in '77.

PS Her accent is 'more money than brains end Deddy ewns the cempany, Dwahling' private education of the time (and occasionally of this time).
