Ah nice, but if this wasn't a simple spam message, you may have taken the time to see the words OVA in the title, its not a movie, and not even remotely humerous since its blood, guts and gore style. Nice advertising, but it fails when you place it in the wrong place.

So wait, I recognize some of these scenes (Seras' big guns and Alucard crashing the jet into the ship) but are the rest actual scenes from OVA 8? If so, how is this guy back (4:30) ?

Well, strictly speaking, none of these scenes are from OVA 8. That's because this video was made way back in 2006, as a promotional piece. But it's likely that the things you see here will show up in OVA 8! And yeah, the guy at 4:30 is the illustrious Pip Bernadotte.

Well, these are random scenes, and Pip does indeed make a comeback (of sorts) albeit hes made purely of shadow matter generated from Seras's body, but he does seem to keep his personality regardless since he tells the captain "Thats what ya get for hurting another mans girl, bastard" upon aiding Seras in killing him, he is indeed dead, but theres a copy of him within Seras that retains his mind and personality, which acts on its own, not on Seras's command like Alucards demons.

What version of the song did you use...the one i found was only about a minute long and i was hoping theres more to it. Really love the song and it fits Hellsing perfectly.

i cant wait for the next for episodes of hellsing ultimate!
