I have the demo on my computer from before the album came out. This IS the demo. The way he delivers certain lines, the inflections he uses is completely different and his voice doesn't have much reverb on it. As the poster JoeSidhu indicated.

Lame. What the other guy said was meaningful. And if you KNOW that it's the end, I think it would be a better end to someone's life to take it respectably, and face it with honor. Sometimes, you just realize that there isn't any hope, and if there isn't any, it should come peacefully, go quietly, you know?

Once again, if you KNOOOOOOW, notice the word there, KNOW that there is no hope, I.E you see a nuclear bomb falling from the sky directly on your head, then no, I would not even try. And not that I would give up, I would just want my last minutes to be meaningful to me, not senseless running around in a panicked confusion. After all, what would you even try? Go in the cellar? I would try to do something meaningful rather than simply give up, and attempt to validate my existence so I could at least die knowing I did SOMETHING, unlike you, you selfish prick.

Wow, I did not know this song was a tribute to Jeff Buckley! :O Man, that is really cool! Jeff Buckley is one of my favorite singers, and so is Chris Cornell. ^^ That really is pretty wicked. R.I.P, Jeff. :(
