Mochi are Japanese rice cakes and making them the traditional way rocks. On New Years' Eve with kine (mallet) in hand we pounded rice in to the squidgy immenseness that is mochi!

I hope this video conveys some of the good feeling our mochi fest brought us. If you're yet to try the delights of mochi making, give it a whirl - you won't regret it...

    i dont live in japan so i havent ever tried like sushi or mochi or anything rsally, Canada realy only had maple syrup :D but anyways, wut does it taste lkike?
