This was not a title fight. Joe Lewis never lost a title fight. He has always been great and I am proud to know him.

No one can be unbeatable, including those proved themselves as great champions. You simply cannot win forever. If you don't understand this very concept, then you must be living in a fantasy world. I strongly suggest you to stay away from the martial arts world. It is not a cup of tea for a geek like you.

the interesting thing on it is that lewis lost this fight when bruce lee was official at his prime and world wide known as the best martial artist of the world. thats what i think is interessting. when lewis would lose this fight in 86.nobody would care.but early 70s is interesting

Very few people considered Bruce Lee as the best martial artist in the world at that time. Are you on drug? Nothing interesting about your point. Everybody can be beaten, Lewis included. At least those who actually lost are whole lot better than those who claim their greatness without stepping into the ring, such as Bruce Lee.

Actually, this fight took place in 1975. Bruce Lee died in '73.
