Yeah... !

It was a stupid "concession" to Portugal since verything else was given to Australia, the UN/US and even Indonesia...

They didn't realise Internet (more than phones) is the cultural avenue of the times, no country can keep up with the world without cheap (in Europe free) broad-band throughout.

THEY MUST DEROGATE THAT MONOPOLY...
