All honours should go to Paul Da Vinci... who was the original singer wit the very high voice.... He charmed the people at the time with his voice.....

Yes, it is true, but it isn't a scoop ! Everybody knows it ! But it isn't Da Vinci who made The Rubettes.... the Rubettes who made themselves !!

I was born in 1961, hence was a teenage girl, when the Rubettes where popular over here in Germany. I loved them (and leadsinger Alan in particular) very much. So I'd like to say thanks for the music, guys and my warmest regards to Alan. It's good to "see" you again ;)

Alan, you were my very first crush...I was 9 years old. My love story with all things Anglo-saxon stemed from there...The rest is history. Viva the Rubettes!

im so glad im related to alan he has such a gr8 talent and has made some gr8 music i havent seen him since 97 at my nans funeral his looking so well
