The worst part is most of these cannot be repaired ;'-(

@thaJanathan it is very expensive and takes alot of love and more importantly intrest to get these things up and running. The amount of enginerring work and effort scares some people. I rennovated and upgraded many old cars and not in any situation i used the original water cooled engine. The vws are air cooled and can be restored coz of this or put a Porshe or Subaru 6 pot engine in. I reccomend modern Honda Vtec or Vw audi group engines as modern engines are better.
