WW2 Combat Footage - Pershing vs Panther

Great, the Americans are proud that they beat her (in the fire-power), most tanks, the Pershing, a panther. There Had a Tiger II in a 1 vs.. 1-standing situation, would have a Pershing probably only one realistic chance, if he had a position on the side or rear of the King Tiger. But still good video and respect to the Americans, who rightly won this war! -

Probably if a Tiger would fight the situation could be different....

You can see where the shells penetrate the armour, because the kinetic energy has melted the steel as it went through, and it has stayed red hot.

Na toll, die Amerikaner sind stolz darauf, dass sie mit ihrem (in der Feuerkraft) stärksten Panzer, dem Pershing, einen Panther bezwingen.

Hätte da ein Tiger II in einer 1 vs. 1-Situation gestanden, hätte ein Pershing wohl nur eine realistische Chance, wenn er eine Lage zur Seite oder zum Heck des Königtigers hätte.
Aber trotzdem gutes Video und Respekt an die Amerikaner, die diesen Krieg zurecht gewonnen haben!

The SU-152 tank was able to whitstand an counter whit an tiger or phanter, and it was build for taking heavy tanks out, but it wasnt as accurate and it didnt have as long range as the tiger, and weaker armor than an phanter or tiger, so the russians needed to mass-produce all their tanks to take out some few german tanks... and if the SU-152 tank got an near miss it would probably disble the tracks of an german tanks, but whit the german tanks had more range, it wouldt neccecary win ;)

okey, i'v seen many comments on this video, and most of them are like " T34 are better than a tiger, it is better than an phanter, it is better than an sherman" what the fuck are you guys talking about? T34 was an effective tank during ww2 becouse it was mass produced, and finished on 2 hours from the factories and right out in combat, it took 10 minutes to train an "decent" tank crew. and whit it's speed and an powerfull cannon it was effective, but only if it was 1 tiger vs 4-6 t34,

i (as a german) like it when he says "they are still humans". Because behind such cruel beliefs like racial superiority or religions... we're ALL human... *sob* ok, i go hug a tree now. ;) well, lets get serious. war is not fun, mkay?
