I have never heard of a punis before this video. Is there any special way to spin the punis? I would think it would be just like spinning from a rolag?

Puni is the same as rolag but different language?  Music is odd choice.

Different languages yes. But they aren't the same, a rolag is much looser and more suitable for wools or longer fibers in general.

Thanks for a look at the process. I've never done that thinking it was too difficult.  By the way, where did you get the yak hair (I mean I know the obvious answer is "from a yak" but did you purchase it?)

You should try, I thought it would be hard too but turned out to be very simple. I bought the fiber online, send me a private message and I can give you the url if you like.
