Why not, if thats what they are campaigning for then they should, like Hong Kong and hopefully Catalunya be independant if thats the majority of the populace desires. As for our Monarachy today, its merely a novelty with very little power and only titles. For that i have no reason to care whether or not our monarchy exists. Although when Prince Charles comes into power i would support an end to our monarchy. The man is an embarassing, ugly, hypocritical ponce and also cheated on his wife Diana.
