The poster above have the absolute exact opinion as yourself....He is just referring to the fact that to enjoy the BEST decade of music EVER = 80´s you should have been born in the 60´s to be in your late teen or early twin years !! Personally, I would consider myself "a child of the 80´s" as I was born in May of 1971......
