This 1971 rock/funk song is legendary, with arguably one of the best guitar solos in music history, by a relatively unknown guitarist, Eddie Hazel. Jimi Hendrix was already gone by the time this song was completed, and I'm almost positive that Hendrix was a major influence for Hazel, I'll bet Jimi Hendrix would've liked this too, R.I.P. Eddie Hazel, gone, but not forgotten.

Cool, I appreciate you posting this. Your's is the only version on youtube that I found which was not an edited version. The other couple versions omitted the "Mother Earth is pregnant....." dialogue and went right into the music. Thanks for your posting . It also has the best quality sound on it as well.
