oh yes you are right. it works on face but also effective for inner thigh :) I did all exercises for three months I had slimmest figure Ive ever had. My food portions halfed naturally and I didnt feel hungry

well, the most disturbing part of it all is how hard I laughed at such assinine (pardon the pun), juvenile humour.  I will tell you, If I laugh that hard every time I watch it, I'll have 6--pack abs in no time.... Having said that, I'm willing to bet it's effective - but try to keep a straight face long enough....
