bassai dai significa ataque a la fortaleza a la fortaleza mntal del enemigo....es lo que representa el karate...no luchar, solo defenderse. no es un arma ,es un modo de vida

I do not understand because all you have to insult each other constantly. I have read some very interesting comments about the technique, history and interpretations of intentionality Shija Kanazawa. But it is quite unfortunate to see such lack of decency and mutual respectfulness some who are distinguished by pedants, louts and indelicate, completely breaking the Japanese spirit of karate do. I urge more respect from all to all. DOMO ARIGATO.

Hirokazu Kanazawa is a truly inspiration for any karateka, and i'm very glad for watch his videos. I'm training hard, just waiting to be a good karateka, like him (even if not that good, me, I mean, he rocks).

Gojo-Ryu is based on Naha-Te, which in turn is based on White Crane Kung-Fu. Shotokan is based on Shuri-Te, which also, to a lesser extent is based on White Crane, however it was heavily modified by Sakugawa, and Matsumura.

I want that fight to happen to. But Lyoto trains with Anderson Silva. Vitor Belfort just earned his Blue belt in Shotokan. I earning my Blue belt soon. I study Shotokan and compete as while from my wheelchair.
