This film is a recollection of the two visits I made to the cemetery of Père-Lachaise in Paris, the first on 14th December 2004 and the second one on the 4th March 2006. I appreciate the fact that its not everybody that once in Paris would spend some time visiting the dead but I trust you will enjoy this rather respectful film anyway.

Wonderfull place, I live in Paris suburb and I never spent a bit of my time to visit Père Lachaise cimetary. I realize that I should, and I will go there this week : )
to fontanetti: Wow, thanks for the video--brought back really great memories from the one time I was there in 2002...it's such a beautiful place with all sorts of different monuments...and to have that many INCREDIBLE, FAMOUS, AND GENIUS individuals burried there...it's an incredible experience...thanks again.
The first song on here sounds like Greensleeves, but could you please tell me who sings it? Great video, by the way. I think I've fallen in love with this cemetery, oddly enough.

a pleasant memory for me; I spent one whole day
there before I had to leave Paris.
