ooohh so now drugs are legal because cartels have more guns than the "K"ops (notice how I used "K" instead of "C" XD)
I think we can pretty much said that the legal system was ridicule again, and yes drugs are bad, but ignoring the problem doesnt fix it, tax sell it and at least the violence of that comes with the importation of drugs will be taken care of. Back with u Monica.
