The University of Central Florida opens its brand new football stadium Saturday, but there's one thing 45,000 football fans won't see -- water fountains.
The current state building code does call for one drinking fountain for 1,000 people, but UCF said this building was designed under 2001 code, and that code makes fountains an option.
There will be water in the new stadium in concession stand coolers.
