He was crouched behind her and stood up at the right time. Says so on the "making of" documentary on the dvd, and you can see it anyway.

Very ominous silence at 0:05 just prior to 'got anywhere to stay' line from the killer, along with the close-up on the victims face.

The moment at 2:40 is the studio to live action cut.

This is one of those movies that is great but not many people (at least Youtubers, anyway) know about it, and one could probably get away with uploading it in several parts... <_<

Yeah.. I guess I'll check out Google Videos. Maybe some abroad website has uploaded it in its entirety. That was how I saw Cannibal Holocaust.
