Knowing a bit about Germany under the Third Reich, I can tell you that this is 100% accurate. They didn't have to racially demonize the Germans the way they did the Japanese. Hitler's policies and massive personality cult spoke for itself.

It is indeed propaganda, because its purpose was to reinforce war morale by attacking the enemy, but that doesn't mean its not true.
