Dinky Duck-It's A Living

I had forgotten all about dinky duck!! thanks for posting.

Paul Frees was the voice of Dinky Duck in the late 1940's &1950's.

This was the only Dinky Duck cartoon in the Mighty Mouse syndication packages in my area!!

Being reminded of a few VHS tapes of UPA's Columbia cartoons were they usually left the opening titles squeezed for the Cinemascope cartoons, even leaving a few cartoons in that state throughout the entire film for who knows why.

Say, here is an uncommonly known fact...this episode was used as the brainchild to the famous sitcom "It's A Living" starring Ann Jillian!!!

I have a squeaky voice too, can I get in some cartoon voiceovers?? I tried once but the portfolio requirements are a hassle and expensive. I can do the Wicked Witch from Wizard of Oz and all kinds of crazy voices. I live in Turner country, and the agent I saw had plenty of work from them, but I needed the package to get the work. any cartoon folks out there, I need work, I'm a Granny Nanny with 3 grandkids who need things!!

Funniest Dinky Duck cartoon EVER!! With the voice of Allen Swift. Love the "Elvis" look-a-like!

"Dinky Duck was the only standard Terrytoons character that I ever used, and just that one time. With the story that Tommy Morrison, the story staff and I created, we had a chance to do a satire on the old Terrytoons shtick, and to call direct attention to the CinemaScope screen shape. I still think it was an effective satire."

Amazing! I thought I was never ever going to see Dinky Duck again in my life. I mean, most people don't know anything about Terrytoons! So thanks very much for the video. I brought back long forgotten memories of my childhood back in the 60's in Nicaragua. Actually, Terrytoons were never dubbed in Spanish, so I used to watch them in English!
