Most consumer cameras don't have ports for external mics.

Some of the canon ZR series do and I highly recommend them.

Oh, maybe this will solve my audio issue then? Because I've some terrible sound in the background of my videos, especially the ones made by my webcamera. So, you think I can just get a mic? I've tried all settings there is and can't see the problem so I must try this. Thanks for your help. :)

To save bandwidth, YouTube doesn't have stereo sound because it makes videos sizes larger. Hopefully sometime they will allow stereo sound in YouTube videos.
