Excellent, thank you for posting. If only we could go back - forward, to perfecting (polishing) the techniques; no matter the style or study be.

It IS Ohtsuka. I saw him in the Uk when he got cut by a sword during a demo @ Crystal Palace (his son fainted!). Higaonna is SO fast on here and its a shame him & Chinen parted ways, they were amazing together & I was privileged 2 train under them. It looked liked Terry O'Neill in action from KUGB. Valera had 1 of my senseis as a ref (Peter Rousseau). I was told it took 2 divisons of the California State police to control the crowd??? Anyhow GREAT footage!

Yes, and it is a very young Fumio Demura doing the opening Kobudo demo. Chinen & Higaonna do a nice demo in a later clip.

I think they are Dominique Valera and Antonio Rivera... I think is the infamous figth in which

Valera hit a judge because of the calling of one ippon.... many years after that I saw Toñito Rivera in Monterrey Mexico (but I think he was from Dominican Republic) and I know from some of his classmates that he was never hit from the infuriated Valera who turn to the judge not to Rivera
