True story: Dennis "Danger" Madalone got his USA jersey when he played for the USA men's national basketball team in the 1982 World Championship Games (not the Olympics); We won a silver with him running the point. He had the athleticism of a young Julius Erving, the skills and court-vision of "Pistol" Pete Maravich and the leadership of Bill Russell. He also invented fruit juices and rhyming, so, he's got that going for him, too.
