it's basically saying "i'm on your side".

if i said how're you and you're like "i'm good" i could be like "it's actually well", correcting you

TPC is just saying "your english is good" as if it's ok to say good even though it isn't "proper" it's accepted

Just FYI, it is grammatically correct to say "I'm good." There is also nothing wrong with saying "Your English is good"
