Hearing this for the first time. Love it. Love Concrete Blonde and Don Henley's versions too. It's just a great song.

Rufus does the best versions of Leonard Cohen songs.. I actually prefer to hear Rufus of Leonard Cohen.. Cohen is of course a genious.

yeah. that's Le Demoiselles d'Avignon from Pablo Picasso. But that's not the original, it was modified to look like Rice, It's a joke, cause the original is not like that

Not as good as Cohen's, but quite good.

Leonard Cohen thanked Wainwright for "reviving his career". Wainwright is a huge fan of Leonard Cohen and Cohen was quite happy about Rufus covering his song .... brought out a different aspect of song ...... hells bells people, so many songs today are covers anyway, why so shocked or disappointed? There is something for everyone out there.... dont like this version, then find another you do like, but don't put down Rufus' version, it is dark and campy and awesome in my humble opinion.
