i think it's really Manson's song. Just listen to it's beginning in the spot and in the actual song and also compare scream-chorus-part in both. VW could easily compose and record a special version for the commercial with Manson with just some parts like beginning and chorus. So you'll never find the full song anywhere, coz it's never been released.
