I love old movies too, and many of the beauties in them. Rita never thrilled me though. Loved Hedy L and Lana T far more. Even thought a lesser known actress, Illona Massey much prettier.

i think it's 'heart' - having 'a change of heart' is an expression - kind of like changing your mid - so it would make sense in context.
