Actuallt. Tom is shorter than Bill is, wether it's because Bill wears boots al the time or not, Bill is taller. I was suprised myself.

nah i think its bcuz of bill's man-heels and the fact that his hair is always up + he's much skinnier than tom, so it probably shows, especially with the new fohawk. idno if its true, but if they're really IDENTICAL, then i dont think that would happen. the only difference identical twins have are moles (gross as that sounds, yes ) :D :P

I just think Bill's hair adds half a foot.
