I do not consider myself fan of them but in actuality they ARE satanic by the fact that some components of the band participated in the burning of 22 churches. And Mayhem is black metal, so if you are looking for heavy metal, try listening to Manowar or Iron Maiden and you'll see that you'll be happier than ever.
